Str8Subs Terms of Service
1. Adults-only service
Str8Subs is a private Telegram community exclusively for people aged 18 or older.
By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and may legally access adult content where you are located.
Do not share access with minors or allow them to use your account.
2. Full Pass
The Full Pass includes:
- access to a private VIP Channel containing official Str8Subs content;
- access to a private VIP Group for community, interaction, and activities.
It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
The Full Pass does not guarantee:
- private messages;
- individual replies;
- calls;
- custom content;
- one-to-one attention;
- permanent availability of particular participants.
Str8Subs may change active participants, schedules, editorial pace, formats, and activities without misleadingly changing the essential nature of the product.
3. Telegram and operational identity
You must link the Telegram account that you will use inside the VIP.
Str8Subs uses that account and its Telegram numeric user ID to recognize your profile, associate your purchase, recover membership, and manage access.
A username, display name, payer email, or payment screenshot does not replace internal purchase and access records.
Post-payment account changes may require manual support review.
4. Payment and delivery
PayPal is the initial payment processor.
After payment is confirmed, Str8Subs creates or recovers the internal record recognizing your access rights.
VIP Channel and VIP Group access may be delivered automatically or through a manual process. Where help is required, contact @Str8SubsHelpBot from the linked Telegram account.
If payment has already been confirmed, you should not pay again merely because you lost the return page or browser session.
5. Personal use and content protection
Your access is personal and non-transferable.
You may not:
- share your account, session, links, or access instructions;
- download, copy, forward, record, or capture content;
- use another phone, camera, or device to copy it;
- publish, sell, archive, or redistribute content;
- remove watermarks;
- reuse content through AI or include it in datasets;
- attempt to bypass Telegram protections.
Content protection is enabled in the paid VIP Group, but it is not an absolute guarantee against every external method.
6. Conduct and moderation
You must follow the Community Rules.
Str8Subs may remove messages, restrict functions, suspend access, or remove users where reasonably necessary to address:
- harassment;
- persistent unwanted private contact;
- fraud or abuse;
- security risks;
- content redistribution;
- serious or repeated rule violations.
Suspension or removal for a violation does not automatically create a refund right.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and remain subject to mandatory applicable rights.
A request may be considered especially where there is:
- a duplicate charge;
- an incorrect amount;
- a system-attributable error;
- confirmed payment without a reasonable way to deliver the promised access;
- another approved exception.
There is no automatic refund for voluntarily leaving the group, failing to use access, not receiving individual attention, receiving no reply from a participant, or violating the Community Rules.
A dispute, reversal, or chargeback may lead to manual suspension while the case is reviewed.
8. Founder Season 01
September 30 ends new official Founder Season 01 publishing and activities.
Existing members are not automatically removed on that date.
The later group mode, archive duration, and re-entry after leaving remain subject to later operational decisions.
The Full Pass does not promise lifetime access.
9. Buyer content
Purchasing the Full Pass, accepting policies, or participating in the group does not authorize Str8Subs to publish your content.
Anyone wishing to become an editorial participant must separately complete Participant Access and provide the corresponding authorization.
10. Support

11. Version changes
This version will be immutable once activated.
Substantive changes will require a new version, a new effective date, and renewed acceptance where applicable.
