Str8Subs Privacy Notice
Str8Subs uses limited data to link Telegram, process purchases, deliver access, recover memberships, provide support, and protect the community.
Data used
Depending on how you use the service, Str8Subs may process:
- technical sessions and necessary cookies;
- an internal profile;
- Telegram numeric user ID;
- Telegram username and display name when available;
- language or locale;
- acceptance types, versions, and dates;
- order, payment-attempt, and entitlement information;
- identifiers, status, and other information provided by PayPal to process or reconcile a purchase;
- payer name or email where provided by PayPal;
- messages you voluntarily send to support;
- technical records required for security, availability, and diagnosis.
A traditional Str8Subs email-and-password account is not required.
An email provided by PayPal is not used as the primary operational identity. The primary identity is the internal profile linked to the Telegram numeric user ID.
How data is used
Data is used to:
- link and recognize your Telegram account;
- process and recognize purchases;
- create and recover access;
- prevent duplicate payments;
- record acceptances;
- provide support;
- moderate and protect the community;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- investigate errors and incidents;
- address disputes, chargebacks, and claims.
Limits
Str8Subs:
- does not request Telegram or PayPal passwords;
- does not routinely request identity documents from buyers;
- does not sell personal data;
- does not provide personal data to advertisers;
- does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies in MVP1;
- does not use email or SMS marketing in MVP1.
Str8Subs uses service providers required for infrastructure, payments, Telegram, support, and security. These providers may process the information needed to perform their functions.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- purchases and transactions;
- access delivery and recovery;
- security;
- support;
- acceptances;
- fraud prevention;
- disputes and chargebacks;
- compliance;
- defense of claims.
Str8Subs may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
A deletion request does not require immediate deletion of records still reasonably needed to evidence a purchase, maintain security, address a dispute, meet obligations, or defend a claim.

To request access, correction, update, deletion, or privacy information, contact:

Identify the message as privacy-related and provide only the information needed to verify your identity and locate relevant records.
Version changes
This version will be immutable once activated.
Substantive changes will require a new version, effective date, and renewed acknowledgment where applicable.
